NEWS: Senior Winter Training Schedule Now Available!
Our fantastic coaches have created a winter training schedule to take senior athletes from October 2017 to March 2018, including build up to key target races including Cross Country and a Spring Half Marathon. The schedule includes up to 4 sessions per week, including winter conditioning and cross-country specific endurance training. In response to athlete demand, track sessions will continue over the winter, moving to St Peter of the Apostle Track to take advantage of the flood lighting and high quality surface.
