• Senior Summer Training Schedule 2019

  Summer-Training-Booklet-2019 FINAL Here is the the new summer schedule, there are a couple of events to be confirmed. This will be updated as soon as we know the dates.

• SENIORS: New Training Plan Available

  Full details of the Senior training sessions for Spring and Summer 2018 are now available as a training booklet on the Schedules page. Training has been designed by our coaches to fit round key race fixtures and the booklet includes all details for Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday  sessions from March to September.
