Polaroid Helensburgh 10K

The start of the 10K season saw 27 Harriers competing in the first event of the Polaroid 10K Series at Helensburgh.  On her return to the Glasgow race scene, Katie White was first home for the club and 2nd Lady overall in 37:31  Garscube Harriers also won first female team prize with Katie White, Mary Senior and Frances Wardle the top 3 placemakers.

Not to be outdone by the youngsters, Ann White was 1st FV60 in 45:48, Paul O’Brien was 1st MV60 in 39:45 and Norman Baillie was 3rd MV60 in 42:13.
