Reporting Concerns

We have reviewed our polices and procedures in line with SAL’s standards for Child Wellbeing and Protection in Sport and have updated our “Responding to Concerns” procedures. The procedures were proposed by a Welfare sub group and ratified by the General Committee. The procedures regard any concerns relating to bullying, inequality or any inappropriate conduct.  Please note there are separate procedures available for the reporting of child protection incidents contained in our child protection policy.  In addition we adopt Scottish Athletics’ policies on preventing bullying, sexual activity and equality.

Reporting Concerns Procedures

This document outlines the procedures around reporting a concern, including policies, contact details, responsibilities and how the concern will be managed.  This form can be used available to report an incident.
